Time is a finite resource.  In today's demanding business environment, it serves us to ensure we are not just busy but effective.

We need to ensure we optimise our time, remain productive on the right things and work in a way which minimises feelings of overwhelm, stress, poor motivation and poor wellbeing.

Wherever we are in our careers, we all have felt the pressure of too little time.  Too much that pulls our focus such as emails, meetings, calls, to do lists, interruptions, new work additions, conflicting priorities.
